Dr. Cynthia Noll, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Cynthia Noll studied at Xavier University, holds a BS in Psychology, and she earned her DMD from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she graduated with high distinction. She is also a proud member of the OKU Dental Honor Society.
Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Noll spent time in the United States Air Force and working as an associate with her father. She has been at her current location since 2014, where she enjoys improving her patients’ oral health, creating beautiful smiles, advancing her dentistry education, and talking to patients.
When Dr. Noll is not at work, she loves being a mom to her three children, reading, spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Laurie Henry
Dental Assistant
Laurie Henry has been with Noll Dentistry since 2019. She studied at the Institute of Dental Technology and has advanced training and certifications in her field.
She loves working with patients, helping them overcome obstacles, making their dental experience positive, and learning new techniques. She also loves the team she works with and finds dentistry very rewarding.
When Laurie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her three cats Bentley, Butters, and Sissy.
Amy Welte
Office Manager
Amy has been with Noll Dentistry since 2014 and studied dental assisting at Northern Kentucky Health Occupation Center.
She has worked in dentistry for years and seen a lot of changes. Amy enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families and loves her boss and coworkers.
When Amy is not at work, she raises cows and cares for a dog and two goats on her farm. She also likes to spend time with her husband, family, and extended family boating on Cumberland Lake.
Alisa Arlinghaus
Dental Hygienist
Alisa has been with Noll Dentistry since 2018. She studied at the University of Cincinnati, earned her degree in dental hygiene, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
She loves educating patients about their oral health and helping them feel more confident about their smiles.
When she is not at work, Alisa enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. She also loves being outdoors and listening to country music.
